Location is truly everything, and can make or break where your home is in Iraq. Do not worry if someone tries to haggle with you over the price of your home. You should remain firm in what you are willing to offer and walk away if they start to become hostile. Always make sure that you get the appropriate paperwork after purchasing the home. Sometimes criminals may sell a home while the family is home, and when the family arrives home, you can be left in a serious situation.

Make sure that you remain safe when you are dealing with homes in Iraq. While many areas are very safe, some may still be dealing with a few security issues. Always check your resources and do not hesitate to contact a real estate lawyer in Iraq if you are not familiar with Sharia.
